How much space do you need to set up the photo booth?
While each style of Photo Booth is different, Our Snap Its Photo Booths are typicaly 10' × 10' feet square or 10' x 20' long and adjustable in height, so we are very portable and can fit almost anywhere. The open air "Snap Its Screen Booth" utilizes a backdrop that can be adjusted in both width and height so it can be used in a variety of different locations.
Can you set up the photo booth outdoors?
We can set up outdoors assuming the weather cooperates, we have a nice flat surface, and there is access to a standard power outlet. However wind and rain are very problematic for our equipment and can result in the suspension of service. Details concerning inclement weather are available in our service agreement.
How far are you willing to travel for an event?
We provide Photo Booth services in Colorado, Florida, Kansas, Nebraska, and Iowa in our offices and can travel if necessary.
Do you require a deposit to reserve a photo booth?
We do require a non-refundable deposit of Twenty Percent (20%) which is to be paid at the time of booking to reserve your event date and time. The balance is due at the time of the event.
Do you need electricity for your photo booth?
Yes we do. But any standard power outlet will do. Space and power requirements are detailed in our service agreement. We can also provide Portable Power for our Photo Booths if given enough notice.
How much time do you need to set up?
It takes approximately One (1) Hour to set up our equipment but we will arrive about 1 1/2 hours before your booked start time just to make sure everything is absolutely perfect. We can arrive earlier if you need us to set up and “stand by” but be aware that there is a $50 hour fee for this extra time
How long does it take to print each photo strip?
We hit "Print" and it "Prints" immediately, we also can Email and Text the "Prints" to the guest on site.
Do you charge for set up time?
No. Set up time is always free and does not take away from your booked event time
Do you provide props with the photo booth?
That Depends…All of our package rentals come with an extensive collection of props at no extra charge however props may not be included with hourly rentals and require an extra charge to have them included
How many people can fit into the booth?
Each Photo Booth is differnet.
"Open Air" Photo Booth can accommodate 8 - 10 guests.
"Easy Booth" Photo Booth can accommodate 4 - 6 guests.
"360 Video" Photo Booth can accommodate 3 guests.
"Roaming" Photo Booth can adjust with the crowd.
Although our photo booths are very portable, they are also quite spacious and do require proper planning and layout.
